Bullets places 2nd in Cheer Dance competition

Despite the hectic schedule, Artscomm Bullets did not miss out in the top three honors as they were able to retain its place for the second straight year in the 2013 University of the Philippines Cebu Cheerdance Competition.

The Artscomm Bullets, a group composed of students from the Mass Communication and Fine Arts Program stayed true to their Pintados Festival theme as they executed their stunts cleanly up to the last minute that placed 2nd in the cheerdance competition during the Intramurals 2013 celebration.

Participants from every division halt their snags as they painted smiles on their faces and finally gave their best shot Tuesday morning, August 27, 2013 at the UP High School grounds.

The Artscomm bullets squad overall performance, with its creative dance moves was enough to take second place with the help of its simple and tactful stunts.

Professor Ligan together with Physical Education instructor Alena Macasil awarded the trophies to the winning divisions after the two-hour long competition.

The Golden Scions’ bagged the championship title . The Management Tycoons and the Social Sciences Stallions placed third and fourth place, respectively. 

The 2013 Cheerdance Competition has been one of the most anticipated highlights of the Intramurals.
